Need to charge your EV? Tesla destination chargers are available nearby in the upper Snowshed parking lot (note: overnight parking is not allowed there). Important Information
Summer 2025 Construction Notice
- Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is likely during the day. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- Self check-in and check-out is available using door codes for smart locks. No one will meet you at the property.
Property Access
- Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (provided in condo) required for access.
- Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM). Key cards required.
- The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. Walking distance to Snowshed Lodge is approximately 7 minutes.
- A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed, including on balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside and at least 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all cigarette butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or large groups.
- No pets allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return a written rental agreement.

Parking Information
- Free parking is available. There are Tesla destination chargers in the upper Snowshed parking lot, a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed in that lot.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Key cards (provided in condo) are required to access indoor and outdoor amenities.
- The town uses well water with high mineral content. Bottled water is recommended if you do not like the taste of well water.
Safety and Emergency Information
- During winter, building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup and leaks. This is required by the homeowners association.
Additional Critical Details
- Winter weather is unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
